Who we are

Biobloom (biobloom.club) is a B2B introduction service for licensed cannabis businesses. The controller for your data is Biobloom, reachable at hello@biobloom.club.

What this website does not do

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, no third-party fonts or CDNs. Fonts and scripts are served from this site.

What we collect, and why

Only what you type into our application forms (cultivators, suppliers or buyers): name, company, work email, country, licence or registration details, business type or category, scale, products and your message, plus your confirmations. We use it to verify that you operate legally, review your application, suggest and make introductions, and reply to you.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps you request before entering into an arrangement with us (Art. 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Processors

• Formspree, Inc. receives and stores form submissions on our behalf and forwards them to us by email. Formspree is based in the United States, so data may be processed there. See Formspree's privacy policy.
• GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.) hosts this website and may log technical data such as IP addresses for security. See GitHub's privacy statement.
• Our email provider receives the messages you send to hello@biobloom.club.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share your contact details with a potential partner only after you agree to that specific introduction.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your application and any resulting introductions, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by emailing hello@biobloom.club. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Age & audience

This site is for adults (18+, or 21+ where required) acting for businesses. It is not directed at consumers or minors.
